As a self starter it took a lot of courage to point out problems I saw to people with much more experience than me, but coming up with solutions to challenging circumstances and smoothing out the rough edges has always been something I excelled at.
So fast forward a few years and that big mouth and those innovative solutions have led me to work on various projects, to co-found a company and to become a person people seek out for advice on all things game dev and business.
